How do I Sign Up?

You can signup by filling out our online form through our website, or by calling us at (703) 869-1340.



What is the Sign Up process?

  • Please fill out the form on the signup up page, including your name, contact numbers, and basic property information.

  • Once the form is submitted, a representative from Centria Property will contact you and will schedule a time to meet at your residence.

  • A free home inspection will be conducted by Centria Property to review the structural stability of your property. This information will be shared and reviewed with you, the homeowner.

  • At this point, you will have the opportunity to sign up for the Maintenance agreement and pay for the service (on an monthly or annual basis) to the Centria Property representative.

  • You will also receive a Maintenance Service package detailing the service, and can also get any further questions answered, specifically on the Trade In Services.

What is NOT covered under the Maintenance Agreement?

All covered services are listed under the service details page. In general, any service that exceeds your remaining service hours for the plan year will not be covered. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any specific questions.



What happens if I have no service calls in the contract year?

The benefit of our program is that if you use no service calls throughout the year or you would like to trade in one or all of your service calls, we offer trade-in services in replacement for any unused service calls. Centria Maintenance will use trade-in services or place a credit towards either home renovation to minor home repairs equal to the amount of service calls not used.
