What is NOT covered under the Maintenance Agreement?
All covered services are listed under the service details page. In general, any service that exceeds
your remaining service hours for the plan year will not be covered. Please don't hesitate to
contact us for any specific questions.
What happens if I have no service calls in the contract year?
The benefit of our program is that if you use no service calls throughout the year or you would like to trade in one or all of your service calls, we offer
trade-in services
in replacement for any unused service calls. Centria Maintenance will use trade-in services or place a credit towards either home renovation to minor home repairs equal to the
amount of service calls not used.
